The regulatory framework defined by Legislative Decree 231/01 on the administrative liability of companies for offences committed by their representatives, employees and collaborators has made it essential to formalise the principles of legitimacy, loyalty, integrity and transparency that must guide the conduct of all individuals working with ITALFIL.

To fully pursue its corporate objectives, ITALFIL requires that all activities are carried out with fairness and good faith, while respecting the legitimate interests of all stakeholders connected to the company: customers, shareholders, citizens, financial institutions, employees, suppliers, business partners and public administrations.
