OUR HISTORY



Founded in 1978 by Mr Carlo Gasparetto and Mrs Fiorella Cattin, ITALFIL S.p.A. has specialised in the production of welding wires and rods for MIG/MAG, SAW, TIG and GAS processes. Thanks to the consistent quality and reliability of its products, the company has established a strong presence in international markets and is recognised across all continents. ITALFIL S.p.A. also cooperates closely with the leading global groups in the welding sector. Its long-standing partnerships with major European steel mills, combined with continuous research and development of new material technologies, support the steady expansion of ITALFIL S.p.A.’s already extensive product range.

The introduction of advanced manufacturing processes and the need to increase production capacity require ongoing investment in new equipment and facilities. ITALFIL S.p.A. is evolving to meet both current and future market demands and today operates two production sites located in Carmignano di Brenta and Gazzo Padovano. Together these sites cover an area of 58,000 square metres, including 32,000 square metres of buildings.
